John Romaniello, aka Roman or John Roman, is a New York City based strength coach and trainer who has been helping people change their bodies for nearly 10 years.   Now the author of the Superhero Workout as well as the Final Phase Fat Loss guide for losing the breaking plateaus and losing the last 10 pounds.  With the FPFL, Romaniello has helped over 6000 people achieve their dream bodies.

Not only has he been in the fat loss business for a long time, he has also worked with diverse clients: men and women of a variety of ages, backgrounds, and goals.  He is even training celebrities including Gary Vaynerchuk.

Of course this is important because you want to train with someone who has experience with someone in your own situation.

Not only has John Romaniello created workout programs but he is a regular contributor to AskMen, Shape, Men’s Health, etc. He has even appeared on Good Morning America (now that’s a true fat loss expert)
